Wednesday , July 9 , 2008:
Allison here, long time no see. The comic is a little late because: I "forgot" to remind Lucas to take the sketched comic with him when he left my apartment last Wednesday and we weren't able to get it scanned on Thursday or Friday, thus allowing me to enjoy my near-overdose of Advil without any artistic diversions (I didn't read the label); Lucas managed to leave his apartment and pick up the sketch at my work on Monday; once we finally got the sketch scanned, I sat down to work on it on Tuesday and got a solid 15 minutes done and before feeling it was time for a well-earned break...that lasted for two hours; THEN one of my roommates came home with a few members of his family and THEN a friend asked me to gather the troops for Thai food and said troops arrived (the Two Fine Gents and Lisand's player) and left and Thai was consumed and it was delicious; the evening was then further spent NOT working on the comic due to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (which I had not previously seen in its entirety). In conclusion, this comic has the longest and most convoluted production of any other and I now see it as my personal duty to break the record.
