Yes, Abbot Pater was infested with a giant man-eating cockroach.
There's a story here. Lisand's player GMs a modern game for me and others, and an NPC named Abbot was similarly infested with a giant man-eating cockroach. It was going through language acquisition, so it said, "Abbot?" a lot as we tried to figure out what was wrong with the guy. "Abbot? Are you okay? Abbot?" And then when we tried to x-ray him, the cockroach burst out and attacked. There was a lot of blood.
Anyway, this was simply my revenge against Lisand's player. I'm cruel like that.
